Certificate in Election Administration, Technology, and Security (CEATS)
Graduates
This year marks the sixth annual graduation ceremony for the Certificate in Election Administration, Technology, and Security (CEATS) Program. On May 9, 2025, Indiana Secretary of State, Diego Morales, will confer and present certificates to our 17 CEATS Cohort 6 Graduates. This certificate symbolizes months of hard work and commitment which involved reading, assessments, written assignments, and a comprehensive Capstone Project. In total, each participant completed 170 hours of educational work in the form of lectures, discussions, and hands-on workshops. During this ceremony, CEATS Participants will present their final Capstone Projects through a Capstone Project Poster Exhibit.
The certificate program has completed five cohorts, with fifty-four (54) participants who have graduated from the program. The sixth Cohort is currently undergoing and holds the largest number of participants with seventeen. The certificate program has achieved numerous notable successes, some including the facilitation of career development; participants pursuing career progression in election administration; and participants receiving National Recognition from the US Election Assistance Commission for the work completed within the program.
