Certificate in Election Administration, Technology, and Security (CEATS)
Graduates
This year will mark the seventh annual graduation ceremony for the Certificate in Election Administration, Technology, and Security (CEATS) Program. On May 29, 2026, Indiana Secretary of State Diego Morales will present certificates to our 19 CEATS Cohort 7 Graduates. This certificate symbolizes months of hard work and commitment, which involved reading, assessments, written assignments, and a comprehensive Capstone Project. In total, each participant completed 170 hours of educational work, including lectures, discussions, and hands-on workshops. During this ceremony, CEATS Participants presented their final Capstone Projects through a Capstone Project Poster Exhibit.
The certificate program has now completed seven cohorts, with eighty-eight (88) participants who have graduated from the program. The Eighth Cohort is scheduled to begin in June of 2026. The certificate program has achieved numerous notable successes, including facilitating career development, with participants pursuing career progression in election administration, and participants receiving National Recognition from the US Election Assistance Commission for the work completed within the program.
