Certificate in Election Administration, Technology, and Security (CEATS)

Graduates

This year marked the sixth annual graduation ceremony for the Certificate in Election Administration, Technology, and Security (CEATS) Program. On May 9, 2025, Indiana Secretary of State Diego Morales conferred and presented certificates to our 17 CEATS Cohort 6 Graduates. This certificate symbolizes months of hard work and commitment, which involved reading, assessments, written assignments, and a comprehensive Capstone Project. In total, each participant completed 170 hours of educational work in the form of lectures, discussions, and hands-on workshops. During this ceremony, CEATS Participants presented their final Capstone Projects through a Capstone Project Poster Exhibit.

The certificate program has now completed six cohorts, with sixty-four (64) participants who have graduated from the program. The seventh Cohort is currently undergoing and holds the largest number of participants, with twenty-five. The certificate program has achieved numerous notable successes, including facilitating career development, with participants pursuing career progression in election administration, and participants receiving National Recognition from the US Election Assistance Commission for the work completed within the program.
