The Addictions Coalition of Delaware County (ACDC) represents a strategic community-academic partnership between Delaware County and Ball State University that seeks to increase the assessment, prevention, treatment, harm-reduction, and recovery capacities in Delaware County and unify the effort to address addiction in the region.

 

Within the Muncie Action Plan, we aim to:

Work with organizations and providers on drug awareness and its impact on brain development and educational and career attainment.

Within the IU Health Community Needs Assessment, we aim to:

Increase awareness and support for initiatives addressing substance use.

Within the Ball State University Strategic Plan, we aim to:

Mobilize and lead partnerships that revitalize and sustain our city and region.
