The painting crew continues to work on the exterior and interior of the Alley House. The reselected color of a sage green and lighter for the trim complements the brown thermally modified wood cladding. Note… the landscape gravel around the house, ready for the recycled IPS limestone pavers this week!

South elevation without the trellis. Light sage trim and white windows.

The electrical sub-contractors were on site installing light fixtures. We are particularly excited to see the two hanging fixtures designed and built by Nik Seiber installed!

The charcoal marmoleum, a sustainable, bio-based, non-toxic, material used on the upper level was installed. This product complements the concrete on the lower level and accents the light and dark wood (to be installed by students this week) of the stairs and built in features.
