About the Academic Anxiety Resource Center

In addition to this digital site, Academic Anxiety Resource Center (AARC) is located on the Ball State University campus. Faculty, graduate students, and undergraduate students conduct applied and theoretical research at the AARC related to the management of academic anxieties across the lifespan. Researchers from around the world contribute their work to our efforts at the AARC.

Our goal is to share resources to support learners of all ages in our community and to promote awareness for topics related to the types of anxiety experienced in academic settings. We designed this website to give students, educators, parents, and community leaders access to our activities and work. Our menu (in the header bar) navigates to information about academic anxiety and its management as well as research materials, news from the AARC, additional resources, and our recent studies.

Click on “About Academic Anxiety” above to learn about the types of academic anxiety, or click on “Managing Academic Anxietyto access resources for learners, parents, and educators.
