{"id":3124,"date":"2018-06-25T16:22:56","date_gmt":"2018-06-25T16:22:56","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/bowencenterforpublicaffairs.org\/?page_id=3124"},"modified":"2026-02-09T14:50:12","modified_gmt":"2026-02-09T19:50:12","slug":"apply","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/sites.bsu.edu\/vstop\/ceats\/apply\/","title":{"rendered":"How to Apply"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 style=\"text-align: center\">Certificate in Election Administration, Technology, and Security (CEATS)<\/h2>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>How to Apply?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>To be eligible, an applicant must be one of the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Indiana county clerk<\/li>\n<li>Indiana election official<\/li>\n<li>Contemplating such a role (clerk, election official) within the state of Indiana<\/li>\n<li>Federal election official<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Interested individuals will submit an online application to the Voting System Technical Oversight Program at Ball State University. If accepted, participants will then register for sessions with the assistance of the certificate program directors.<\/p>\n<p>Cohort 8 is expected to begin on <strong>June 3, 2026<\/strong>\u00a0 Please submit the <strong>Registration Form<\/strong> to apply for Cohort 8.
