RDS has partnered with the Hancock County Community Foundation to support their efforts in evaluating Hancock County’s Dolly Parton Imagination Library. Additional community supporters include The Dollywood Foundation, Greenfield Central Schools, Mount Vernon Schools, Eastern Hancock Schools, and New Palestine (Southern Hancock) Schools.  The evaluation is focused on examining if the access to monthly books at home for participants leads to a measurable difference in kindergarten readiness performance measures. A final study will be focused on how prekindergarten mobility is related to kindergarten readiness. We are excited for the opportunity to work in collaboration with the supporters in Hancock county!
